I enjoy listening to people to understand their journey. I can observe patterns and behaviors while surfacing actionable insights that inform useful designs and ultimately address a need.

I have experience working at startups, working with startups and launching my own startup. So my journey involves both generative and evaluative research to make processes and products better… or discovering more effective pathways.
