I’m imaginative yet practical, and that fuels my entrepreneurial spirit!

As a UX Researcher, I enjoy observing processes, patterns and behaviors while discovering pathways to solve a problem and get to the root of a story.

I have experience managing complex projects across startups and agencies while considering business strategy and producing actionable insights.

MY JOURNEY:

I listen to people across various cultures to understand their perspective and empathize with their story.

Knowing when to be expansive in my thought process (for new concepts) and knowing when it’s best to keep it simple (to test a hypothesis), has been the greatest lesson along my UX journey.

My best work has come from collaborative sessions that include generative research, rapid concepting and agile pretotypes, to gather evidence of confirmation or redirection.

When describing the rationale of my work, I like to challenge myself to connect the product to both the user’s need and the bottom line of the business.

HOBBIES:

When I’m not working you can usually find me somewhere in nature, doing archery, exercising, dancing, listening to music, reading, writing or snacking.
