The Scale Inspire Foundation needed to restructure its youth mentor program. Historically, the amount of programs and length of each program varied annually. Redesigning the mentor program could increase frequency and reach more students.

When gyms initially closed during the pandemic, trainers had to adapt by offering virtual training services and starting their own business. As many trainers evolved from coaching within a gym-based business model to training independently, they faced new challenges.

Juglife was a growing organization with an evolving mission, and while it was attracting traffic to the website, we learned users were confused about how to get involved.
